PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

An item can be returned within 30 days from ship date, for a refund or replacement. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned products & canceled orders.

SuperBOT orders require a 50% advance payment upon receiving PO.
SBOT orders are made to order, if the PO is cancelled anytime the 50% payment will be forfeited.

*Surcharges are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR)

Non-Restocking Items, Custom Developments, Licenses & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
4Gang Adapters are final sale.

Chip Service(Data Extraction, Programming & Duplication) are NCNR.
All chips go through a verification step, if they are passing the chips have been programmed successfully.
We recommend requesting for a first article, if a first article is denied or not requested we are not reliable for any non-working chips.
Xeltek is not reliable for any chips that are not working due to fuse bytes, configurations requirements or security feature.
Fuse or configurations specifications must be provided before the service is provided.

To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. The RMA status could be viewed anytime by logging into our RMA system.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, log into our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

Electronics items must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. We can not accept it for return if the seal is broken.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend keeping your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.


· Money Back policy indicated here only applies for products purchased from www.xeltek.com. Please contact your vendor for information on their policy if product was not purchased through www.xeltek.com.

· Full credit will be given after the product is received and inspected.

· All accessories must be included with each returned product to receive full credit.

· Customer must have a RMA# to authorize money back transaction.

· Proof of purchase is mandatory to authorize money back transaction.

- ​Free two-year warranty on hardware repair services.


- Xeltek covers FedEx Ground when shipping under warranty RMA items back to domestic (USA) addresses only.
International customers are responsible for shipments both ways. Customers may request for faster shipping by providing us with shipping account number. For all air shipments, FedEx is our default carrier. We may ship the order by FedEx even though you choose UPS unless your UPS a/c is used for the shipment. If for some reasons you don’t want to use FedEx, please inform us in the Customer Notes.

- Programmers are warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase.

- Socket Adapters cannot be repaired and can in case of manufacturing deffect, can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Additional service charge applies to out-of-warranty items.

If the RMA item (out of warranty) is tested and no defects are found, you’re subjected to a minimum charge of $75 for testing and support fee.

• Warranty on programmer repair service is 90 days.

• Proof of purchase is necessary to authorize repair transaction.




SOCKET ADAPTERS

• All socket adapters come with 30 days warranty or 10000 cyles. User induced damage is not covered.
• Customers must have a RMA# to authorize repair transaction.
• Proof of purchase is necessary to authorize repair transaction.


EPROM ERASER

• 1 year warranty on all EPROM Erasers.
• Customers must have a RMA# to authorize repair transaction.
• Proof of purchase is necessary to authorize repair transaction.

Once RMA has been assigned, all returning products must be received within 7 business days or the RMA return will be forfeited.
